i haven't had much time to look around on it but it looks good from what i've seen! you guys are 100% agile huh? we're trying it out at work and running into a few speedbumps. how do you like it?

Well we don't really rock the hard core methodology. The process is more one based on speed and discipline. Everyone on my team is just awesome... they do there jobs... communicate... no documentation... just rapid iteration. We were using week sprints, but for the redesign we had to do something a little different due to the size of it... but we still tend to think in weekly work segments. That is about as fast as I am comfortable compressing it.

But yeah... we scope everything by week... and then just jam jam jam.
